Intecal is an easy to use calibration management software program for generating calibration procedures, scheduling work and documenting results. It is designed to automate calibration management for a wide range of Druck instruments.

Two options are available:

  • Intecal Basic for Portable Calibrators.
  • Intecal Advanced for Portable Calibrators and Laboratory Instruments

Intecal supports Druck pressure, temperature and electrical equipment and provides users with significant benefits:

Trial Offer

Download a fully functioning 30 day trial version of this software. After installation, please enter 1 for the User ID and leave the password blank. You will then have the ability to:

  • Add users, assign permissions, and create passwords
  • Define devices and tags and organize by type, location or account
  • Create procedures and design calibration systems for fully automated laboratory calibration
  • Organize “calibrations due” into work orders and download to compatible portable calibrators
  • If you do not have compatible equipment, use the manual calibration tool to record readings. The system will calculate the errors, indicated the PASS/FAIL status and even advise when adjustment is required
  • Electronically approve calibration reports ready for archiving and printing

  • DPI 150 pressure indicator
  • DPI 515 pressure controller (supports SCM)

Intecal Advanced can also work on-line with the DPI 104, DPI 605, DPI 610/615 series and the DPI 320/330 series to automatically take readings. This could be to calibrate the devices or to use them as standards in a calibration system.
